A Comparative Study of Some Personality Factors of Working and Non Working Women

The present study aims to compare some personality factors of working and non working women. A sample of 100 women 50 working and 50 non working housewives were selected. They were tested on 16 Personality test. Results show that working women tend to score higher than non working women on factor A,B,C,E, F, G, H, N,Q1,Q.2 and Q3. Thus results show that working women are found to be good natured, easy going, ready to cooperate. They like occupations they are quick to grasp ideas fast learners and intelligent .They are emotionally mature.
